The UniCredit App Mobile Banking, in conjunction with your iPhone, offers a convenient, efficient, and secure way to perform transactions.

In order to utilize the App, it is necessary to have a UniCredit current account or Genius Card, as well as to register for the Banca Multicanale service and download and activate the App.

• Activation can be completed via smartphone by selecting the Activate option, entering your Banca Multicanale Codice di Adesione and PIN, and following the prompts.
• Alternatively, activation can be done via Banca Multicanale online by entering your Codice di Adesione and PIN, as well as a one-time password generated by your device. From there, navigate to Settings > Mobile > Smartphone Application and click Proceed.

The new Home Page provides easy access to account information (current accounts, cards, mortgages & loans, securities portfolios, and investments), transaction capabilities, and expenditure monitoring.

Within the Current Accounts section, users can view account details and transaction history (including the ability to search), share IBAN details, and manage their accounts.

In the Cards section, all UniCredit cards (credit, debit, prepaid, and Genius Card) are conveniently displayed for easy management of available features.

Managing expenses is made effortless with the Personal Financial Manager and Budget features.

On a personal note, users have the ability to upload a profile photo in their personal area, access notices and messages from the Bank, view Online Documents, consult the Help and FAQ pages, and contact the Bank via phone or chat.

A dedicated Payments section allows users to perform various transactions:

• SEPA, extra SEPA, and funds transfers
• BANCOMAT Pay®
• Mobile phone and UniCredit prepaid card top-ups
• Simplified F24 payments
• Preprinted postal bills, CBILL/PagoPA, blank bills, and MAV/RAV/REP payments

The App also provides information on how to:

• Set up cash withdrawals from UniCredit ATMs with Prelievo Smart
• Find the nearest branches and ATMs, along with directions to them
• Generate one-time passwords with Mobile Token

UBook functionality allows users to book appointments at their nearest branch.

If your smartphone features a fingerprint scanner or face recognition technology, you can utilize those features to gain access to the App and authorize transactions.

The application process involves signing agreements for the account, Banca Multicanale service, and MyOne Visa International Debit Card.
